Very satisfied customer! I definitely recommend Feazel roofing. They installed a new roof for us (all but the decking/sheathing layer) in 2015. Nine years later (in 2024) we discovered a problem with our roof decking, which required the removal and replacement of the entire roof. Feazel did the work, honored our lifetime warranty with them, and only charged us for the removal and installation of the decking layer (since, as stated, they never installed that layer in the first place). Feazel's communication was good and once the plan was set, they were quick to schedule and the crew worked tirelessly and completed the job in 1.5 days. Very pleased with the work!
Roofing
I responded to a mail flyer about looking a my roof. Kyle came to the house and explained the process. He followed up on everything needed to get my roof replaced with my insurance company with no hassles. The roof looks great and the team was very professional. I had one small issue and it was resolved on the same day. I have had several neighbors comment how good the roof looks.

Feazel Inc. provided two services for us. The first was a new roof replacement. The second was a new gutter replacement. Both projects went very smoothly. Mike Marinelli was our representative and from start to finish, he worked hard with our insurance and kept in touch with us at every step of the way.
