Feazel Roofing review
We have needed a new roof for several months. Contracting with Feazel was seamless from the initial appt to the completed roof. Our sales rep, Chris Smith, answered all our questions, helped with color suggestions and kept us informed to the process. When the day arrived, the project manager, Rich Williams, made certain all the needs for the project were available. Rich checked in with us throughout the day; helped answer all our concerns/questions. The workmen were respectful and courteous; amazing tireless workers. Our new roof was competed with competence. From the wrapping of the home to protect our plantings to final clean up, I can not speak highly enough of attention to detail. My Feazel Roof Experience
An appointment was made at the Cleveland Home and Flower Show for a Fezal Representative to visit our home to discuss a new roof and gutter project. Erich came out at his scheduled time and listened to our needs, ,concerns and expectations . He took roofing measurements and pictures and then presented what Feazel had to offer from materials, to the scope of our project, warranties and financing. He then left stating that he’d have an estimate by the end of the evening which he did .We had had several more estimates and the prices were close but Feazel’s warranty was by far the best ! We chose Feazel . Mark was our project manager, Bethany was my office contact for questions and concerns that came up and her service and expertise proved invaluable to me ! Bethany is a definite ASSET to the Feazel organization! Sean was the site manager and oversaw the actual tear off and installation work ! I had a great experience with my new roof by Feazel. Bryson explained everything to get started. He did all the work with my insurance company! Rich Hoffman did all the things to complete the job! Both were great to work with and very attentive to a great job. The workers only took a day to complete. Rich Hoffman came back for one small issue! I would recommend Feazel to anyone who ask! Clogged downspout.
We had another great experience with Feazel. Mr. Mike Justus, General Manager, came out and reviewed a rain overflow in our front porch gutter. He was prompt and very thorough in giving us options and probability of success. He found a clogged gutter, that could have caused the overflow, cleared the clog no charge. Recommended we wait before doing any expensive repairs. We really like working with Feazel.
Great service and communication
Working with Andrew Leachman at Feazel has been great, from the first call when he came out and made temporary repairs, to working through an insurance claim, to talking through options and finalizing a contract. Andrew is very knowledgeable and always responsive. He has made this process easy for us!
Dublin roof
Our roof in Dublin, Ohio was replaced by Feazel Roofing in early March after a weeks delay because of daily rain. Amanda called almost daily to share the latest crew scheduling plan. Our salesman, Travis Haessly, had been transferred temporarily to Nashville, TN but he stayed involved in our project and always answered on the first ring. Eric Isakov, the Feazel Project Manager, arrived as scheduled with a crew of 9 and completed the main work the same day. Equally important as the pace of work was to minimize the disruption of the mature landscaping maintained by an OSU Master Gardener. Not unexpected on a large project of this nature there were a few issues that needed to be corrected. Eric himself did the final walk around and cleanup. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work, professionalism of the staff, and the timely followup on our issues. The one open issue, a gutter replacement, was scheduled the day after the material arrived. We would recommend Feazel Roofing without hesitation.
White House
Very good beautiful white siding and white trim on the house. They installed black shutters and that really set the siding off. The workmen did a wonderful job. I highly recommend Feazel for your siding.

Caregiving Extended
I am a part time caregiver for my parents. Their roof has caused many issues in the recent past and we thought for sure we wouldn’t be able to find a company willing to work with the government assistance program they qualified for. Enter scene - Dallas, our sales rep. Kindness, knowledge and unending availability to answer allllll my questions. Shout out to our project managers, Kenneth and Joe who continued to go above and beyond the standard. Many times a had tears in my eyes because of the care they extended to my family. I couldn’t replace the roof, I am not knowing how these things work, and was certain I would be “duped” because I am a girl. But we were absolutely blessed with a company that now a days has become an anomaly. Cannot express my gratitude enough for the gentlemen who helped me take care of my family. True to their word, communication and follow through from all, made for a seamless roof and gutter replacement. Thanks guys!!
Problem Resolution
My HOA condo association has been running me around for 2.5 years with this roofing issue. They have sent multiple roofing companies out to look for the problem and have never fixed or identified anything correctly. They finally sent Feazel Roofing and Richard Hoffman to look for the issue. Rich was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and finally accomplished what multiple other companies couldn't do. He identified all issues, explained them thoroughly, put protective measures in place, and is writing a detailed report to my HOA on all of the issues and what they need to do to finally fix them after years of the same problems. I highly recommend Feazel and Rich Hoffman to anyone needing help with their roofing.
