A Company Like No Other
Got in contact with Chris at Feazel roofing last summer 2024. Chris came out and worked with me on inspecting my 20-year-old roof that supposedly had 40-year shingles installed by a previous roofing company. The previous company would not come out to even look at the shingles deteriorating prematurely (I had called a dozen times and set several appointments with them—no shows, eventually they would not return a call). What good is a company that will not back their own workmanship and materials!! Did not know that a Company like Feazel was still around. They listen and followed through at every step. One day tear off and installation with complete cleanup. They covered all my landscaping with tarps and checked with me before, during and after installation about any concerns. They answered every question and came out the very next day after I called about a couple of concerns following the installation. I waited to write this review to see how the Spring rains would affect the new roof—everything is dry and tight. I am looking forward to not having to call them with the lifetime warranty. Feazel—a company I wish all companies could take a lesson from. Great job.

We had an excellent experience with Feazel Roofing in Columbus. Our sales manager was Nick Junker and he was outstanding. He is knowledgeable, friendly and was very responsive to our calls/texts. We wanted to get on the schedule quickly and Nick was able to facilitate that for us. Josh Killen was our project manager and was very communicative about the process and was able to answer all of our questions. We highly recommend Feazel.

Fantastic Service
Our roof was installed yesterday and the process from start to finish was smooth. The staff was professional and immediately responded to our questions. The crew that installed the roof did a fantastic job cleaning up. The Field Supervisor walked us through the process so there were no surprises.
